Extended EMDR Session
100 minutes
$500 self-pay*
Extended EMDR sessions are double the time of Standard sessions. This extended time allows your brain and body to do more healing with less interruption.
WPATH Gender-Affirming Surgery Letter Assessment
100 to 150 minutes, split among two or three sessions
$500-$750 self-pay*
Assessments occur over two to three sessions. Please be aware that this is an assessment, and a letter is not guaranteed.
Adjunct EMDR Session
50 minutes
$250 self-pay*
Adjunct EMDR sessions are for folks who have a primary therapist and are seeking solely EMDR therapy.
Intensive EMDR Session
3 to 6 hours per day
$750-$1,500 self-pay*
Intensive EMDR sessions (aka, Intensives) vary in length and format, customized to your needs and goals. These sessions are scheduled in half-day increments and are often conducted over consecutive days.
Because Intensives occur in longer sessions, with minimal disruptions, we are able to do more healing in a shorter amount of time. This allows you to get back to your life with minimal interruption.
