Office Sessions

The office is located in St. Paul, Minnesota at Grand & Lexington. It’s a two-story duplex. You’ll see a sign out front for Through Therapy Collective — the group private practice through which I’m contracted. Street parking is generally available nearby. The building is locked for your security and privacy, and requires a code to enter on the keypad, which I’ll provide in advance via email, along with the exact address. As you enter the building, you’ll find the door to Suite 100, labeled “Through Therapy Collective”.

As you enter Suite 100, you’ll find a waiting area. You’re welcome to take a seat, and I’ll meet you there when it’s time for our appointment. There is a restroom about halfway down the hall to the left. Feel free to help yourself to coffee, tea, or water at the end of the hall, as well.

My office is cozy with warm lighting, a velvety love seat, and some fidgets for your enjoyment. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to accommodate your needs and make you more comfortable.

My office is located on the first floor of the building; however, there are steps to get into the building from Grand Ave. Please let me know in advance of our appointment if you’d like to enter through the alleyway, where there are fewer steps, rather than the front door.
